Come and see why, as Michael Pollan says In Defense of Food, "Most of what we're consuming today is not food."
Two choices:
- Thursday evenings 6:00-8:00pm starting February 19

Winter Feast at The Black Duck
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A sell-out crowd of 66 lucky people enjoyed a slow food feast at Chris Huber's Black Duck Restaurant in West Cape May. All of the food items were seasonal and purchased fresh at the farmers market in Philadelphia except for the fish course, which was caught offshore at Cape May the day before the dinner. See a slide show here, and read the full story here.
